Staff looks confuse about their own policies. No lift for rooms upstairs So you have to carry your own luggage through stairs.

Sorry about taking your own luggage. With the historic building of 1927, it is unfortunate we do not have elevators but, we do offer assistance when needed to the guests. My apologies.
