Property showed it age. It is clearly do for a make over. Caulking around tub showed mold. Electrical junction box in bathroom is rusty. A blind person could have done a better job painting the door frames. Beds and linens were clean. Staff was helpful.

The property is a health hazard. I checked in with my elderly father, 7-month old baby and husband. The rooms we were given 114 & 116 both smelled off upon entry and when I looked at the ceiling there was black mold. I called the front desk they apologized and said they would move me to a newly renovated room. We moved all our belongings and again…black mold! I called my father and asked how his room was. He was having respiratory issues and I looked he had even worse black mold At this point alerted the front desk again and requested a refund which I have not yet been able to get. Working with Expedia to hopefully get a refund. The general manager Matt said only Expedia can refund…called Expedia and they said only the general manager has the power to refund…my husband went back to the general manager who denied there was any mold in his hotel. I know there is I have photographic proof, I suggest Expedia no longer works with this location and I will be reporting them to the city of Erie. Expedia customer support has escalated my case due to the health hazards present and photographic proof I provided them with. I will receive notification of my refund status within 24 hours. If there was an option here to post photos I would.

Your husband was told to contact Expedia because it was a prepaid reservation and you paid them directly. When Expedia called the hotel, we told them to send an email request for the refund --- that is standard procedure. At this point your husband stormed back into the hotel. He called the head housekeeper a liar. I never even mentioned anything about the room. He demanded his "f-in" money immediately. He also threatened to come behind the desk and beat me up if he didn't get his money back right then. At this point we told him we were calling the police to remove him from the property. Our owner said he will provide a refund since you didn't stay. I also will file a police report regarding your husband threatening physical harm against myself.

I have never been more appalled by the condition of.a hotel I stayed in. While the beds and bedding themselves were clean, one room reeked of cigarette smoke, the other pot. The pillows were inadequately small. The size of throw pillows, not standard bed pillows. There were holes in the bathroom wall. We ended up getting up at 5am and leaving early.

My shower didn’t spray. The water was just coming out like a pour, not a spray. I only needed the room for a few hrs to sleep then jump back on the road so l didn’t complain.

Really good hotel for the price you pay. The restaurant has Excellent food and the workers in there bust their butts, last night was super busy and food came out perfect and hardly a wait.

Totally disgusting property. The room was cruddy, filthy, old, dilapidated, dirty floors, filthy rugs, the sink counters, the bath and shower areas were heavily stained, and basically this room was just not fit for humans. It reeked of disease, insect and insect feces were everywhere on the floor. There is a gaping hole in the bottom of the outside door. The AC/heater didn’t work we froze. The walls had marks, blood stains and holes in them and to top it off. We ended up with bedbug bites. Totally totally disgusting.

Bathroom was dirty with mold, floors not washed, sheets not changed. Even when asked to do the cleaning it was not done where I felt comfortable using the shower or sleeping under the coves.

We were late because we had car trouble. The man that was there to check us and was wonderful. We got to the room and I opened the drawer between the beds and it was full of garbage. Old cigarette packages trash. The floors were so dirty that the children's feet and socks were black. It was a smoking room and there were no ashtrays and I feel terrible because I had to leave cups full of cigarette butts there. The worst thing was that we had been gone and stopped on the way back to get a couple extra towels. The man at the desk berated us like we were trying to steal his towels and said it was our responsibility to bring back the ones we had used. I really thought that's what housekeeping was for. This man was a very rude.
