Great location close to Presque Isle. It was clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant. Although the property is planted up beautifully, there are weeds everywhere as if no one has looked at it in sometime. They were painting the exterior as we were leaving so maybe they are preparing to up their game a bit. There’s a nice pool, but we did not get to use it as it was a little too cold for us. The breakfast was fine as those sorts of breakfasts go. Two things I would love to see, improved are more hooks in the bathroom for towels, including hand towels. There was only one double hook on the bathroom door and two of us staying there. Not nearly enough. Also, there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I realize that is a bigger fix, but it would be great if there were one. All that being said, we would stay here again!

They have to improve the cleanliness of the room. The rooms smell kind of bad and the bathroom wasn’t clean I mean it wasn’t horrible but no as you will expect. The carpet looks like it has been awhile without a deep cleaning .

I liked how close the hotel was from presque isle and different restaurants. They ran out of towels when we asked for more. Bathtub leaked all over the floor and the toilet was hard to flush. Could use upgrades throughout the hotel. Pool was cold but kids still swam. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

The continental breakfast was great. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. Would have liked it if the room would have been cleaned or fresh linens would have been provided on our two night stay. We had to go to the desk and request them. The price was very reasonable and we were pleased with the room.

Even though I requested maid service through the front desk, it did not happen. Front desk personal insulting and of no help. Will not use Expedia again

The a/c was blasting, so our room was freezing cold. We were moved to a different room that was also cold, but we just wanted to rest, so turned off a/c and crashed. Bathroom was not very clean. There was no soap at the sink. We asked for some, but apparently the hotel was out. We used shampoo...
