The property was nice and the location right by Lake Erie is great. But they didn’t once service our room, not even to take trash and drop new toilet paper. And our key cards were turned off halfway through our trip. Overall lacking in the service and things you expect when paying for a hotel room.

Check in was very easy. Front desk lady was very helpful. Room was clean

We were greeted by Amy who was very friendly and accomodating. Although we were only there for one night it was very restful. Thank you.

I was very upset I did not stay my room was dirty and it smelled there was red stuff on the table don't even know what that was the chair that was in my room had white staindi on the seat and on the arm of the chair my sink was nasty it had hair and dirt in it my towels was dirty it was hair all on the toilet for what I paid I could of kept my money Ii told the lady at the front desk she. Was willing to accommodate myself and guest with the same room but could not because it was booked with other guest than she tell me that she can see if I can get 20 off no that's unacceptable not to mention last time I book my refrigerator had a smell to it but I let that go I don't think I will be staying at this place anymore I'm so very upset I paid too much for one day not to have stayed there
