Loved the place. Only complaint is the fridge is loud (not enough to complain) and no Netflix or wifi tv.
So clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. One of my best hotel experiences!

It was a great properly that was very quiet with amazing staff ready to help. We had a great stay!

The room had light that didn’t work. The heat did not work. When I went down and told the front desk they told me that I had to just deal with it. There is only one way in and one way out and you can only turn one way. The walls are really thin you can hear everything that is going on outside your room.

Very sorry that you experience this while at the hotel. I did speak with my front desk agent and she said she gave you new batteries for the thermostat. Usually that is why the ptac unit isn't working properly. Maintenace did check also and it was only the batteries.

My bed was not made, there was no towels or washcloths, no toilet paper, dishes running in the dish washer and I had to go down to the main desk at least 4 times
