Large unit. Beautiful patio and view, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and good food at patio bar/restaurant. You can walk/drive on the ocean road from the resort to town. I would highly recommend!

Posted 27 Jun 2023 on HotelsLovely stay, great location. Friendly staff, very clean. Breakfast was nice (complete with that sand-heated coffee method) and dinner was amazing. I had a blast!

We are really surprised of your low rating and even more of the review (with not comments) with title “Terrible”. You checked in noon of July 12th for a stay of 8 days. The next day, early in the morning, you came to reception office trembling and almost in cries you told us that your mother passed away unexpectedly and it was urgent to go back to USA for her funeral.
You informed reception staff that you were impressed by the location, food, drinks and hotel service and facilities, you were really sad for your short stay and you hope one day to visit us again. Also, we offered you free of charge the bar consumption of your first night even the accommodation tax the one-night stay.
It is surprise for us to receive this score for your short stay. It would be fair for both parts to inform hotel staff for any inconvenience or unpleasant situation you might had and be sure that we could make your stay in our property more than pleasant. Honesty and mutual respect make things better for all.

A true gem! Great property for families with young children. The pool and beach are beautiful, the view is spectacular, make sure to ask the front desk about booking a boat cruise, the food is varied and tasty. The hotel is super Close to town and you really cannot go wrong with the location. Definitely a must stay!

My experience was good and bad at the same time. On the good part, the hotel is situated next to the sea with private beach and good swimming pool. Rich breakfast and friendly staff. Its also close to the town of Eretria. The room is spacious and have all the basic amenities. On the down side, the room we got was supposed to be family friendly but the elevator was not working and we had to take the stroller up and down with the stairs, the room was full of mosquitos and other flies witch gave us a tough first night and the next day afternoon around 4 pm technicians came and start drilling walls around the hotel making extreme noice that of course woke up the children. This was addressed to the reception but without any solution. The dinner buffet one day was rich and next day was bare minimum so there are mixed feelings. If the repairs had been communicated to us with a viable solution, or that there is no elevator before we arrive to the property and the condition of the room had been handled from all the flying friends before we had arrived would have made our experience much more pleasant.

Thank you for taking time to share your experience in our hotel! We are grateful for the nice comments for the hotel facilities and services. On the other side, we take into consideration all remarks for the below issues: 1) the elevator installation is in progress that's why we have never advertised in any online booking platform that the hotel provides this facility and we never have informed any of our guests that this facility is provided. 2) We have a weekly program of mosquitos spritzing, all rooms' windows features screens to keep mosquitos outside. Also, we provide mosquito repellers. 3) We apologize for the inconvenience with the noise of drilling sound but we had to repair an unexpected damage urgently. After your first time you addressed to the reception in 15 minutes we ended it.
We hope to visit us one more time in the future in order enjoy at most your stay with us.
