The hotel is perfect for visiting the avenue and the town, there is a public car park underneath which if you validate your parking within 24hrs is pretty cheap, €14 for 48hrs. The rooms are small but you’re only sleeping there. My only real issues were the towels are small and thin and you only get two, also the mattress has a kind of plastic protector on which makes it very hot to sleep. The sheet isn’t big enough so moves in the night and you end up sleeping on plastic.

A well maintained hotel with rooms typical for a city hotel. Small, compact and clean. Breakfast was plentiful but we struggled to find restaurants nearby. The hotel position was perfect for exploring around Epernay and although there was no parking at the hotel, the Centre Ville parking was just across the square.

Small budget hotel, very well located. Rooms are a bit small but manageable, and amenities were not great (only 2 towels with no hand towels, i.e.). The hotel is currently under renovation, which was not mentioned when we booked (although we booked a while ago), and there is some serious noise going on between 8 am and 6 pm.

The Ibis in Chablis is well situated making local services easily walkable. The staff were very accommodating and breakfast was quite good!

This property was a nightmare. Rooms are impossibly small, no where to put any of your suitcases et c. The towels were dirty with brown stains. It’s currently under construction- I emailed before I came asking if this would be noisy as I have work I need to do over zoom and need quiet and was assured that it would not disturb me. I have email proof of this response from the hotel. They were literally hammering above my head from 8am on. I called down to ask if there was anything I could do- The staff was extremely rude, especially Amelie. I asked to speak to a manager, she said they would be there in 10 minutes. I asked again an hour later and she told me no, she would not get the manager for me and refused to help me any further. Extremely unprofessional and with other hotel options in the area, I don’t know why anyone would choose to stay here. Avoid it like the plague.

Dear Ariela,We informed all our guests about the renovation work before the arrival and also when you arrived because we let you the choice not to stay even if your booking is with restriction condition cancellation policy.I know one of our receptionnist answered you "don't worry about the noise", which was a faulse information and we have manage it with him. For that we apologize.It is an evidence that we can not stop the work because you asked for, so Amelie manage the best as she can. About her rudness, we always stay correct and respectfull with the guest who are the same with us. At one point we have to stop the trucculence from the guest, so we ask for some respect and stop the conversation.Best regardsChristine
