The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were nice, clean, and serviceable. Location is great as it is close to things.

Nice hotel, small rooms and elevator.. Close to champagne houses and restaurants

Carpet in hall was old and worn out. Rooms very small and dark.. they charged me 140 Euros for 2 buffet breakfasts which was higher than a top class hotel… only saving grace was the very helpful young man who booked us in and helped us get the correct ticket to park the car on the road outside the hotel.

Very close to the avenue de champagne. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful.

WiFi did not work, had to leave and spend money at another location, staff did not care

Basic, clean and adequate for a 1 nights stop over

The hotel is ideally located but the rooms at the front are on a road so can be a little noisy, the rooms where fine and basic, clean, bed linen was clean, hate when hotels out on extra cushions and bed covers as they look grubby and not very hygienic, just make a bed and leave it in my opinion. Bathroom really needs a update, was adequate but old and I thought was too basic and a little grubby but was clean. If you want basic and centre this is was fine.

The propert was very pleasant but the best part was Jules at the front desk! He was kind, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable! Thank you Jules!
