Like the garden area and bar, beds were very comfortable. Staff were wonderful

The property is in a nice location, walkable to the zoo, victoria mall and restaurants.
Condition of the room was poor: little hot water, tv didn't work, mirror broken, ac leaking

Staff was excellent and very helpful with all of our personal needs. The coffee pot wasn’t working and they woke up and made us coffee at 3 AM before we went to the airport. Shuttle service was excellent and on time
