The staff is professional. The grounds and rooms are clean. The drawback was the A/C unit. We had multiple rooms and a few of us had problems with the A/C, but it got resolved when someone came up to help.

The property was very nice overall. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The pool area was separated from the main property but a very easy walk of only 2 minutes. It was very nice with a good sized pool plus a small gym and a steam room and dry sauna and changing areas. The property is attached to a small mall with a Carrefour and a movie theater and a number of restaurants so you really don't have to go far. It is very close to the airport and the free shuttle only takes 10 minutes or so. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Great choice for the night of arrival or departure from Entebbe airport for those flying to Europe. Clean, neat, comfortable beds, AC, 24 hour room service and a free airport shuttle. A bit pricey, but worth it since we were flying out at midnight.
