Location could be better. Room wasn’t ready when we got there at 6 pm. Breakfast is not the best.

My car was hit on the passenger door side. A long streak from beginning to end. This happened in the parking lot next to the hotel, the hotel uses it as an overflow parking. They said they have signs that say they’re not responsible for any damages to vehicles, and don’t have cameras go check. The manager Edward Acevedo didn’t want to talk to me or return my calls. Left him a voicemail. The staff in the hotel would not take my calls. I called over 30 times in a span of 2hrs. The staff left me on hold for 30mins and then hanged up. They just stop taking my calls and No one ever reached out. Manager Edward Acevedo. Terrible job.

Overall everything was great, just some minor inconvenients. The parking area is extremely tiny and limited to certain amount of cars, and its very annoying to get the staff to let you go in or out of the parking lot especially at very late hours. The restaurant prices aren’t good, you get very little food and medium quality for what you pay. I’ll recommend to eat elsewhere but not in the restaurant. Personally not a fan of that semidoors on the bathrooms, you quite doesn’t have privacy. Good if you travel with your partner, but if it’s a friend group or family, will not recommend this hotel just because of the bathroom doors. Finally, the TV doesn’t work that well, it’s better to bring a laptop and a HDMI. Everything else is great.

I like the hotel it self i just didnt like that i reserved a king bed and when i git there staff told me they did not have any more king size bed!!!

Property staff catered to people staying for the purpose of work/labor. This is not a tourist hotel, and the staff is NOT a staff accommodating of tourists.

Beds were very hard woke up with body aches every morning. Noice level was to high outside the room you could here everything including people walking in the hallway. Disappointed with the limit breakfast.

Very nice rooftop pool Food is average. The Club sandwich is the best! Our room had a funky order in it. The windows do not open so we were not able to have any fresh air to combat the smell. Other than that the hotel staff are sweet and free parking great! The views rom the pool spectacular
