I understand the limited maid services, but clean towels would have been nice. When I went to desk and asked for them, got a big attitude.

Very sad state of the property not worth 65$ even a night we paid 220$

Spent 1 night here while travelling through PA. There is no elevator in this property so we had to haul our luggage up the stairs to our room. There was quite a lot of yelling & banging doors in the hallway at night. We felt quite unsafe with our kids overnight. The room itself was quite dated & needs a big overhaul - there were stains on the carpet and on the chair cushions. Overall would not recommend this place for a family stay at all.

The place was clean and quiet felt safe and I must say the staff was friendly and professional we check out and when we were already 2 hours on the road my son Realized he left his laptop we called the front desk and they were able to locate it and they held it for us until we returned back to pick up Will stay here for future trips

Run down, carpets looked very dirty

Room and facilities were clean and bed was adequate. Toiletries were minimal and towels were functional. Customer service was nonexistent. My toilet was flushing slowly and I advised the front desk and was assured the toilet would be fixed. I returned after a long day to find the room wasn’t cleaned and the toilet was not fixed. I called the front desk and was told since it was after 6pm the night manager couldn’t help because he couldn’t leave the desk. He offered me a plunger so I could address the issue myself. Needless to say I was unhappy about the situation, but given the alternative I got the plunger and proceeded to try and fix the issue. The plunger didn’t work, so in the morning I had to use the public facilities in the lobby. I spoke with the front desk and he didn’t even offer an apology. When the manager showed up I told him of my issue and he was indifferent. I’ll never stay at a Quality Inn again. On another note the breakfast was the standard fair of grocery store bread, bagels and English muffins, terrible coffee, cereal, watered down juices, fruit, one flavor of yogurt and make your own waffle.

The room was super clean. While my kids expected to find a pool, at least they do have a decent gym.
