Wouldn’t go back..
Posted 28 Jan 2024 on HotelsOh arriving at our room it was really smelly, damp & smelt so bad. Got changed to a different room that was not smelly but had mould around windows and shower but a lot better than first room. Went to the pool, nowhere to change privately. Pool was ok. Some in our group done activities which they said were good. We had dinner in restaurant & breakfast. Food was delicious. Very slow service, took around 3 hours for dinner. Band was good, only played to half 11 though 🙁 glasses in the bar were dirty both days. Service was slow again.

Great wee Christmas break

Terrible Service with lukewarm food.
Posted 29 Dec 2023 on HotelsFaculties decent but food and bar service atrocious. Food lukewarm, service terrible and 3 members of the bar team telling different versions - obviously lying to clients is acceptable.
