Clearly understaffed and poorly managed. When we got there (after check in time) our room was not ready. But staff was not communicating this with each other, clearly, because we were sent to the room that wasn't ready. Going back to front desk, he sent me back to that room, saying "ready in 10 min" but the cleaning ladies were saying "it's too much, it won't be ready!" So we went back and got sent to ANOTHER room which was not ready. Finally after 45 min we got a different room that was ready, but there was no shampoo. Guy at front desk said they ran out. A hotel - out of shampoo!!! And the soap we had was CHEAP - barely made suds at all, used over half a bar just to clean myself.

No toilet seat in the bathroom and staff could not get one!

There was blood drips on the floor. Cigarette burn holes in the duvets. Non-smoking was definitely smoking. Everything was dirty and gross. Honestly we left to hang out at a restaurant to not be there until the restaurant closed and we had no where else to go, then we thought maybe we will sleep in the truck. That’s how bad it was.

Booked a smoking room for two nights by mistake. Couldn't breath. Cigarette burn holes all over furniture and walls. I wound up leaving and eating the cost for the second night.
