toilet chair was broken and the sink in the toilet was blocked I called service desk several time and she said she is alone and can't help me right now.

Affordable and comfortable stay in West Houston. Beds were comfortable, shower was strong and breakfast was better than expected. Definitely worth the price.

Probably won’t pick again. Although the staff is pleasant, the hotel room is very old and the area we are located is very sketchy.
