OK but would not stay there again.
Posted 2 Jan 2024 on HotelsAt this Holiday Inn Express, the decor and finishes are showing their age. Bathroom floor tile grout is deteriorating. Stains on carpeting….especially in public areas. Light bulbs in bedside lamps did not match. One was a 3000K and other was 4000 or 5000K so there was this mix of yellowish incandescent and harsh blue-white lighting.
Mattress is a coil-spring with not much of a pillow top. I had a backache after about 4 hours in bed.
Young lady at the front desk was very polite and courteous.
