We found the management of the hotel to be wonderful, friendly and very helpful on giving us guidance of where to eat and shop.
They even went to the trouble to ring some of the business to assist us.
The hotel is so close to the station and is about 25 min to Florence. The rooms are very comfortable warm and breakfast is a treat. Can’t recommend it highly enough, we loved 4 days here.

Charming hotel & staff that cannot do enough!

We were arriving for a wedding and needed somewhere clean and updated but reasonable to stay and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Our flight was delayed to Pisa and we missed the last train to Empoli, but thankfully I had emailed the hotel ahead of time incase of such an incident and they were beyond helpful, which felt like one last thing to worry about whilst we were stranded in Pisa in the early hours of the morning. So despite eventually getting to our hotel hours later than expected, they had anticipated every doubt or confusion we may have had getting into the hotel in their instructions, which made our arrival so hassle free. Check in was such an ease! Plus the owner and breakfast staff were so welcoming and charming. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful and easy experience! What a wonderful start to our holiday!

Hotel is very close to train station which is useful if you want to visit Tuscany
