The property was amazing and good and clean. But we left our truck parked on the back part of the lot and someone broke into it and stole our amp. Maybe have more security just to be on the safer side but overall the hotel itself was clean and staff were very generous and helpful.

Nice location, surprisingly quiet for being next to the freeway. BUT housekeeping fell short - no washcloths upon arrival and never delivered when I called, and only two paper cups provided; next day the 'refresh' meant towels replaced, trash emptied, but beds were not made and we did not get any new cups. Breakfast not included for $150/night stay. Yikes.

Nice location close to Mall.
Frankly the only concern was the system of discouraging the use of Debit cards. We do not see this in most other National hotels.

Television in tooms were a bit out datted for the amoumt of money they charge per night better television
