Nice for famlies
Posted 15 Dec 2019 on HotelsWe stayed one night with our 3 kids. the room was renovated and nice, could use a rug, since the floor was cold.
There were beds for 5 and a sofa that opens for one more if needed. Plenty of bed linens as well.
Cons- no dishes in the kitchenette, and the microwave had nowhere to plug it it. we had to move it and it was heavy.
Great area with lots to do. nice country club style indoor pool ( Beit Eyal) with an extra nominal fee ( 30 Shekels per person)

Horrible customer service. Nice bed.
Posted 12 Feb 2018 on HotelsBest part was the bed. Service office closed at 5p.m. Not happy to come back and help us. Charged us extra, didn't give us the wifi password and refused to answer the after hours (after 17:00 hours) phone. So not at all happy with their service. TV's volume did not work. But the bed was comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They invited us for free for dinner. The dinner and the breakfast were good.They have a nice selection of Golan wines which you can try at an affordable price. Located in a kibbutz, which looks like a martian colony. The room was basic but spacious. Not directly on the shores of the Sea of Galilea, but a better value than anything you can get in Tiberias. Close to the Beit Shean ruins and Belvoir castle.
