"Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help, always with a smile. Rooms are basic yet have everything we needed. There is breakfast served in the basement every morning. The area is busy, yet our room was quiet. Right in the middle if the old quarter, tons to do around the area."

"My husband and I stayed for only one night in Jul after an overnighter on Halong Bay. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite; it was a huge room with lots of natural light. The amenities were great, the bed was very comfortable, I wish we had stayed at this hotel for the few nights we had been in Hanoi before Halong Bay. The staff were very attentive and really went out of their way to make sure you were happy. Great location in town. Overall, definitely recommend."

Nos alojamos aquí durante cuatro noches en total, en tres estancias separadas en Hanoi entre viajes a otras áreas, y se sentía como estar en casa. "Super Candle locates in a very busy street; however the hotel is fairly quiet. We appreciate how helpful the staff were to a bunch of elderly traveling through Hanoi. They were so kind and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet foods quality and variety were not consistent- some day the food were great & fresh, other days it was not so abundant and lack luster. Overall, we had a great time at Super Candle hotel and would recommend it to our friends who are traveling through Hanoi."
