Staff hiding in back while the non-English speaker fumbles one check-in after another. Then, they’re terse and unpleasant when they show up, as if it’s a bother.

Our room was on the 3rd floor away from the elevator. We really appreciated that. Staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have the pool open earlier than 2pm. Morning swims are relaxing and help jumpstart the day. Overall it was a good hotel stay.

I had a great birthday weekend, very relaxed stay and fun on the pool. Definitely would return.

The room itself wasn't horrible. My main issue was how noisy it was outside of my room. It seemed as if I was in a duplex apartment with how I could hear people moving over our room and how loud they talked in the hallway. I had went to ask for towels and was told someone would bring them up to my room only for me to have to call down and request them after ten minutes passed. Whoever answered said "Oh he didn't bring them up?" Like duh, why else would I be calling 🙄
