Excellent facility, staff, and overall ski town vibe. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice and warm and the free games room activities was a nice touch.

Very Disappointed
Posted 4 Aug 2022 on HotelsWhen we checked in, the desk clerk noted that we booked through Expedia- she proceeded to give us the worst room in the property - with a balcony that was basically in the parking lot. This is a beautiful mountain resort with plenty of open rooms with views. Also we expected a king bed in the suite and it was a twin bed- the smallest bed that we have ever had. This was supposed to be a romantic getaway for my wife’s birthday and it turned out to be a joke. We should get our money back and you should take them to task for treating loyal customers like trash.

Room was not cleaned during our 4 night stay . Hall light in kitchen area didn’t work. No ice container to hold ice . Queen sofa no linen or pillows . Very uncomfortable

Beautiful views, nice and quiet area. Pools were not open yet for the season, but they were very nice and would love to return in summer. The room was very comfortable and roomy. Door handle sticks a bit, but worked fine with alittle extra push. The staff here was amazing.
