To start with I just want to say, the staff we were working with were great. We checked in a little before 3, however, Our room wasn't ready, the cleaning cart was outside with no one in our room, 3:45 still the same, cleaning cart, no person. Later, the clerk offered us another room, I had book 2 queen beds, but she gave us 2 doubles. The non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke and the floor and curtains had cigarette burns. The beds were clean but uncomfortable. 2 larger adults in a double bed. Charged same price for that room as what we booked. I was very disappointed but grateful we were only staying one night.

The rooms are terrible. They need to be updated. The beds were worn out, the curtains were old and didn't close properly
The dining table in the room was tagged and the carpet was nasty. The front desk lady was very nice!

We always stay here, because it's always super clean and a good value. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Parking is great. However, the rooms are in need of updating.

Dirty stunk of Marijuana, dirty sheets, live and dead roaches.
