!. No internet or TV. Answer was that they would have someone look at it the morning. I was gone by then.
2. The knob to the room was hanging by a thread making entry difficult.
3. Molding to the floor was off & hanging.
4. No record of my reservation & I ended up paying twice!!!

My husband and I did a quick getaway. This Best Western was close near shopping. My room had two broken lamps, and the refrigerator was not cold at all. The room could use a overhaul. The tub had a brown circle in it.

Mold in the bathroom, stained linen, hair in linen, AC very loud, refrigerator not working. Hallway’s carpet was dirty.
This facility needs a full renovation.

It need remodeling with up to date everything, especially the bathroom. The pictures online are definitely not what you’re paying for. The staff was excellent and it was very clean. Everything is just out of date.

Average, decent place. What I didn't like was that when we arrived in our room there was a sandwich and water from a previous occupant in the fridge and small bits of food particles on the floor. Cleaning staff must have been in too much of a hurry.

This hotel needs to be completely gutted and renovated. It looks like a place for night walkers and for illegal immigrants to hide out. The rooms are seriously outdated and the rug has smell. I didn't see any bugs, but it gave me the impression that something would bite me in my sleep. Luckily I was issued a full refund and was able to get a room at a hotel down the street.

Advertised there was access to the internet. There was none. We were told we needed a special device.
Employee at desk seemed to care less about the problem.
Carpeting throughout building was grossly dirty.

Stains on the sheets. Woke up by heavy knocking at 11:00 pm because the hotel cause rooms confused. Felt unsafe at times.
