This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel establishment! The maid service was terrible. The customer service was definitely sub par. My family stayed 2 nights at this hotel and not once were we given new towels or wash clothes (even after requesting it), nor did they make the beds or straighten up the room. I will never stay here again and I will advise others to do the same. The hotel is not up to date and had some of the biggest cockroaches I've ever seen. The hotel and service were definitely not worth the price paid!!!

Our room wasn't cleaned well, and was out of toilet paper and body wash. The TV also didn't work. The breakfast was good and the hotel was convenient to our ball tournament.

The room reserved via the app was not available when I checked in. With every other day room service, the trash was not emptied on the first service day, there was only half a roll of TP (there should have been a clue with feminine products on the back of the toilet...more would have been needed). I had to go to the desk for a trash bag & TP. We brought towels & washcloths with us. Two towels & a washcloth were taken.

The staff was amazing. Hospitality #1. From the front desk Rachael to the housekeeping team Blonde pony tale, and the breakfast attendant from Freehold NJ they all made our stay great. (( I'd like to see the pool a little cleaner and our suite had a wet carpet due to the air conditioner 128. )) We had a great stay.
