The room was filthy. There was no ventilation, the bathroom was dark and I felt dirtier getting into the shower. Visible piles of dirt on the upholstered chair. Really poor experience.

Did you bring your concern to the staff during your stay. The room are inspected everyday before being put in the system to rent.
