we found the staff very helpful and nice. The hotel over all was nice and clean, only complaint I had was our room safe was broken

Just some minutes from train and bus station, nice rooms, but not cheap and the breakfast is not included.

It’s very convenient to take public transportation by train or bus. I recommend it to anyone who wants to travel in Salzburg.

Very good location, good staff. Complementary water & tea/coffee, chocolate. Rated 4 just because AC wasn’t working.

Rooms were super hot with no proper air conditioning, after complaining, only given a small fan and asked us to open the windown. We couldn't sleeping well. Very disappointed.

The staff were amazing. The AC was not working the whole time I was there (three nights). The room was very warm even with a portable fan. I woke up every morning drenched in sweat. Couldn’t fall asleep because the room was so hot. The wifi kept discounting. I couldn’t open the windows for some air but there was soo much noise and construction around. Tom was a wonderful staff member. He made sure I had all the information I needed for my stay and was so accommodating. He suggested the fan which I am so grateful for.

When I went to breakfast on the first day, I took my own thermos, and it was not allowed to enter the restaurant. The next day, she was very rude and didn't let me get hot water. I was a hotel guest and I paid for breakfast. He and she refused me to get hot water to drink. Will I stay in their hotel again?
