I didn’t have the chance to arrive there. The plain hada mechanical problem. I lost my concert, I couldn’t arrive on my event. So sad and frustrated.

Air conditioning in the room was out of service. Fan provided for replacement was dusty.

The service workers during breakfast were great all front desk staff is incompetent. They charged me even though i had already prepaid through expedia and refuse to refund me
