"Could not get to pool to many people "

"My husband and I spent 8 nights at this resort. We did not leave the property until our last day when we went with another couple that we had met at the resort to go for Gelato at La Isla. We read all of the reviews from the past month and wasn't sure what to expect. This is our review. 1. The staff work extremely hard to please their guests, keep their guests safe and to keep the property clean. This includes life guards. They are very attentive which keeps people safe. 2. We had the opportunity to eat at all three specialty restaurants and all were very good. Our suggestion would be to book the restaurant reservations on the first day of arrival through their app. You can only make a certain # of reservations based on the # of days you are staying. This makes sense as the restaurants are small and many of the staff have worked in other areas of the resort earlier in that day. Again, hard working staff! 3. The pools are great! The kid friendly/ activities pool is fun and lively. However, be prepared to play the towel game. I got up at 6a to reserve chairs. The adult pool is also very lovely. It's near the ocean and much quieter. You also don't have to play the towel game as much as the adult pool. You can still find chairs at 9a. Both pools are semi warm, which feels good in the blazing sun. The hot tub is comparable to a warm pool. 4. The pool decks are slippery. Just walk slow. 6. My only complaint was the gym. They need new treadmills and a bigger space. "

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful beach and the fpur pools are great. It is a family hotel vut we didnt have noise problems."

"Traveling with kids 9 and 11- resort is lacking in organized activities for kids their age. Food is average, hard to get dinner reservations even though we were Enclave. Overall, resort was ok. We will not return here when we visit Cancun again."

"This resort was gorgeous and so much fun to stay at. The entertainment staff in particular was a highlight throughout my wife and I’s visit. Ari, Eve, and Santiago were always positive and took the time to really get to know us. Johnny, Diego, and Alex all made us feel welcome and celebrated. It was truly a special time. I loved the noon Zumba class in the pool and the beach volleyball. "
