The room we had looked over the reservoir and had a nice deck. Breakfast was very good. Juan was marvellous. His ability to speak English well and his knowledge of the area and Colombia in general was extremely helpful to us. Very good hotel.

Posted 13 Oct 2023 on HotelsThis small boutique hotel is an excellent place to stay away from a lot of people. They provide a boat ride on the reservoir for a fee; you can ask a couple of other guests to go with you and it brings down the price. The two hot tubs on the waterfront were at the perfect hot temperatures. This is one of the few places with a large flat peninsula to be able to walk close to the water. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff is very attentive.

Beautiful family owned boutique hotel in Paradise. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Great place to unwind and rest. They have a lovely hot tub with jets with a wonderful view of the lagoon.

Excellent experience and wonderful customer service. Family owned property. Juan Camilo and Ricardo ( cousins) very polite and will answer to any questions and reasonable demands you may have.
Well maintained facility. Lake view room.
The hotel is located in a perfect location. Transportation can be arranged with staff. Reasonable prices.
Breakfast was very good. Fresh juice and fruits. Kitchen staff look happy.
