Receptionist 1st gave us a room where there was someone in there. We walked in and the person was sleeping. This is very dangerous as 2hat if it was a woman and we were some sort of creeps. When we wen to tell her she never apologized. She gave us another room and when we went upstairs the key card didn't open. When through this 3 times. None of the time she apologized or said anything beside OH. She seem to be in a hurry to get to the back room. She was not paying attention to anything she was doing at all. Never staying there again.

Bad coffe, really dirty utensils, the table napkins had a horrible odor
My room was very clean and neat but it was not what I reserve or it was not what the picture said .

We just needed a bed so we weren’t picky but they could do better. Nobody at the front desk when we arrived. The shower was dirty and one bathroom light flickered on and off.
Very poor soundproofing and super noisy (as late as three am in the halls and loud TV upstairs. Like I said not a big deal for us but it would be a drag for business travel.

The property was run down and it appeared to be under renovation and there was a lot of debris outside from the renovation in the back of the hotel. There was a vagrant man trying to get into the hotel while we were unloading in the middle of the night. I don't think anybody was paying any attention to that. I arrived at midnight and I waited for well over 20 minutes to be helped because of the line in front of me, but with no acknowledgment from the front desk clerk. He was polite but definitely not personable. Overall my room was clean and comfortable, but definitely not as nice of a Holiday Inn I'm used to. I will not go back if I'm in El Paso Texas.

I always stay at this hotel and I am especially loving the prices and the excellent facilitiy.
