Booked months in advance. The property was closed for renovation when I it’s time to check in with giving me any notice but still available for booking online.
And now they refuse to refund my money back. Pure scammers!!!!

Quiet area, friendly, helpful staff, nice breakfast are all reasons to stay here.

Nothing worked. Didn't even stay checked in and left immediately and found a new hotel

we are very sorry for that sir. we already email them too to check with the amenities, since we don't have that. and for the Wi-Fi connection, sorry to tell but its the network issue not ours's. of course we want our guest to have pleasant stay with us too...we are very sorry.

The suite is good :) We had a great stay all of the staffs are helpful. Highly recommended.

Austero pero limpio
Posted 26 Jan 2020 on HotelsLa estancia es correcta sin lujos. Estuvimos en una habitación de 4. Estaba limpio. Personal atento. Necessito contactar con hotels.com. En mi reserva se ofrecia pension completa pero el alojamiento no tenia ese servicio. Solo desayuno. Era un error de hotels.com. Espero q se pongan en contacto conmigo por el perjuicio que me ha supuesto.
