El Naranjo - La Serna Hotels near Madrid

"Very clean. A really nice vibe, the people that were in the same room as me were very very cool and easy to talk to, the staff was always very polite and helpful with everything that we needed. The location is PERFECT, around 11-14 min away from Gran Via, literally in front of the museo Reina Sofía, many restaurant options, the buffet that they have included in the breakfast fee is very well sorted and worth the extra money. Definitely a 5 stars "

"Hotel is central, easy to get to places. Room is nice and spacious. We can hear the rumble of the metro from our room on the 5th floor. A bit weird, but we got used to it. Coffee facility in the room is bad... No capsules, just instant nescafe sachets.. In our room, we found only one cafeinated sachet, and one more decaf. If you think you can enjoy the pool facilities, forget it. The pool is small, and have no special times for kids or adults, so with just one or two children in there, the place turned into a water park. Breakfast is ok, a lot of the hot food is cold. Coffee is terrible. Filter coffee tastes horrible, and the alternative is from an automated machine."
