Perfect location. Very pretty property with friendly staff. Food was just ok for the most part

Accommodations and food/drinks were very good! Having more chairs near the pools would have been nice!

The food is awful. This is our 4th time here, but the food this time was really bad. The wine was horrible and every decent drink was an up charge. The staff was not over pleasant this time, in fact some were just outright rude. The woman who sits in the lobby trying to seek you upgrades was particularly rude, and told us how rude we were not wanting to talk with her about upgrades. She even demanded our names and room numbers. Overall, the staff was far less welcoming than ever before. We were told no at almost every turn. They don’t allow you to sit if you don’t have dinner reservations. There was a huge group of high school kids and there wasn’t even room to walk or get any service. It was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve ever had. After four straight trips here - sadly to say, I don’t want to come back.

It was a very nice stay and my family and myself had a lot of fun, service could be faster by a little though.
