Whilst the accommodation was modern, comfortable and spacious what stood out was the customer service. The entire team were very helpful in answering questions about what to do, where to eat and also very attentive to the details like what hiking equipment was needed after some fresh snow. I actually left my wall charger in the room and I messaged the property thinking I'd never see it again as I had only realised it when I reached El Calafate. The staff found it and promised to send it to me by bus and wouldn't charge me anything. It eventually reunited with it and I'm full of gratitude.

Fantastic apartment. They provide breakfast to the apartment the previous evening which means you are free to get up early and head out trekking early.
The apartments have everything you need, they are clean and quiet which was important to us. The people on reception are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and will assist any way they can.
Could not fault the place.

Andino Aparts is well kept, quiet, the staff is great, and it’s 50 meters from the Laguna Torre trail head. Walking distance from de Los Tres trail head.
