Excellent hotel but the rooms facing the river are noisy because of two busy bars on the street below the rooms.

Great location, lovely welcome, clean, fresh and nice hotel. Lovely team, nice room but air conditioning poor. Lovely breakfast, great rooftop with a dipping pool to cool off. Nice bar, loved the snacks and coffee area downstairs. Nice surprise as my wife gifted a bottle of fix for her birthday with a touching note. Recommend this hotel and the team work really hard and are very professional and kind.

The shower in our room was a bit of a struggle, the temperature control was manual and having no red or blue dots to indecate which direction to adjust the temperature. Just a small problem easy to fix, apart from that great hotel nice people.

Very pleasant hotel with large, clean room (Junior Suite) Cold Breakfast was excellent - excellent fruit, yoghurt, cheese and hams, freshly squeezed orange juice. Hot options were limited and not that good… Don’t pick this hotel if you need a swimming pool as there is one but tiny…. Staff friendly and helpful. Views across the river from the terrace were superb.

Great venue, the Staff extremely helpful and the rooftop bar overlooking the city and River was a real plus point.

The hotel is well maintained and spotless. The bedroom very well equipped and attractive with the biggest most comfortable bed we've slept in. The staff throughout are exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. We whole heartedly Hotel Kivir.

Location is a plus! we just cross the street and walk along the river. A lot of dinning options just around the corner. Close to the most touristic places. Staff super friendly. Awesome breakfast. Super comfy beds. Clean baths. Yes a little bit noise since is on the Main Street, but it didn't bother so much. Only downs for me: no restaurant in the hotel (they are building one), and no parking ( but 2 garage buildings very close. We will go back here on our next trip to Sevilla.

I was not impressed with breakfast, but hotel was clean, my room was facing river and it was above bar/restaurant and noise was too much but I feel unfair to say that is hotel problem . the problem was bar/restaurant
