"The service was simply excellent. We got a nice welcome drink and snack while waiting for our room to be ready (before check-in time), as well as some good tips for places to see and eat in. The stuff was very friendly and even discouraging you from tipping, which felt like a breath of fresh air and made the hospitability feel genuine. The room was.spottless-clean as was the whole place. We only had 1 night here, but we would definitely stay here again next time in Cairo."

" We were picked from Cairo airport very early in the morning, as we approached the hotel the host welcomed us and our luggage was carried to our room which was immaculate, the bathroom was spotless .During our stay the host was very welcoming and helpful in arranging different attractions.Breakfast was cooked fresh everyday. Towards the end of our holiday we were picked from the hotel to Cairo airport . It was one of the most memorable holidays I had ."

"Mohamed was a good host and good communication and was very helpful. We did not get the apartment that we had reserved, he did put us in a different building. But our rooms did not have a view, which was why I booked it in the first place. In Egypt things are just run alittle different. "Over all it was a good stay. You can't get any closer and for a first look at the pyramids this is the place. It's a no-frills place but if you want good views, this is it. Also it may appear to be a in unsafe area but it is actually pretty secure and safe. They a plenty of YouTube videos that will show you exactly what to expect. "
