"Giza pyramids Inn was exactly what I had hoped for from the description of the booking online. We arranged airport pickup and the driver was there for us on time to take us to the hotel. The rooftop is perfect for a panoramic view of the Giza pyramids and is right next door to Rooftop 7000 which is where we dined. All our needs were met and the staff was friendly. "

"Great all-inclusive holiday to just chill on the beach. Older hotel but still really good. Mostly older package crowd which was great as very few kids running around. So very chilled. Numerous beach and pool areas so you could pick your spot for the day on the loungers. Food was great. Drinks and icecream kept flowwing. The staff were fabulous! They do need to learn how to make a proper Mohito. A nice shallow house reef for those a little nervous in deeper water. overall a brillient experience."

"As always, this stay was such a treat. The property is lovely, expansive, and very central, with a large variety of dining options. I was in town for two nights before traveling to their Sharm property for a weeklong stay. The real highlight of the stay is, unsurprisingly, the amazing staff. Our drop off and in-room check-in were well-coreographed and well-executed. The thoughtful touches from housekeeping are always delightful too (e.g., bookmarks in my books, a Four Seasons-branded cloth for my glasses, etc.). The concierge was magnificent and endlessly helpful. We mentioned in passing that my traveling companion had some stomach issues (the kind you dread getting abroad), and the concierge had the pharmacy deliver medicine for my friend, and later called the room to offer complimentary chicken soup and chamomile tea. The next night, we dined at Byblos, and the staff there were standouts too. My companion was still dealing with stomach issues and couldn't finish his dinner, so the manager took the plate off our check and gave my friend a complimentary pot of chamomile tea (all without being asked). Everyone knew or quickly memorized our names and every member of the staff was all smiles at all times. It was the same standard of excellence all across the board. Overall another strong showing by the Four Seasons (most recently I spent a week at their property in Florence, if that's helpful context for my standard of comparison here).
