"From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, the service at this hotel was consistently excellent — and that is entirely thanks to the people who work here.
The front desk team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction was handled with efficiency, warmth, and a smile. Housekeeping kept everything spotless and well cared for, always respectful and attentive to detail.
The restaurant and bar staff deserve special praise — servers, cooks, and bartenders alike. Meals were well prepared, service was smooth and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. It’s clear the kitchen and service teams work in sync and take pride in what they do.
The doormen and concierge were outstanding — courteous, attentive, and proactive. Whether it was directions, transportation, recommendations, or simply a friendly greeting, they made every day easier and more enjoyable.
Finally, credit to management for setting the tone. It’s obvious that this hotel is well run, that staff are supported, and that service culture matters here. Everyone I encountered — and many behind the scenes I never saw — contributed to an experience that felt seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming.
Travel is often about places, but great trips are made by people. This team gets it right. I would happily return and confidently recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent service and professionalism at every level. (Thanks Chat)
Mane Takk!"
"Very historical, well placed property. Beautiful gardens and pool (the biggest gardens in Luxor). Great location - 5 minute walk to Luxor Temple.
The facilities are a little dated, and there is no gym or spa, but it’s the best hotel in Luxor and the staff is fantastic"
"Excellent ! The best place ever, in the village. Very peaceful and nice. Take the boat to go to East Bank. The rooms were very good. I would definitely stay again. "
"Rooms are clean, buffet breakfast great-they have a huge selection, eggs made to order, coffee machine that makes latte! Big front reception area, they xray all luggages. They have an on site travel/tours company & booked our trips on the spot for the next day with no issues. Restaurant was just ok but the bar was great. Restaurants & shops near within walking distance. Pool closes at sunset."
"Had an enjoyable stay with family. Lovely rooms, good location, clean and well maintained hotel. Staff was very courteous and provided a great service. Food and drinks were good and excellent dining options. "
"Pyramisa hotel was wonderful, the massage lady was professional and the massage was great. We ate at the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel and the breakfast was incredible!"
