"This hotel has it all together, which is rare. The rooms are clean and in good shape and the Nile views are lovely. The gardens look great too. The breakfast is very complete. And the staff are very professional. I have seen a couple of criticisms pop up about this hotel that I would like to respond to: 1) some people think the hotel needs a little refreshing. I did not find this the case. The style might not always be contemporary but everything is clean and in excellent condition. 2). The noise. The road nearby is bustling all night long, like a lot of Egypt. In my Nile-view room, I never had a problem with noise. But the garden view rooms are closer to the street, so perhaps that is where this problem arises from. But I recommend booking the Nile view room! "

"I left my heart at Ekadolli. The genuinely hospitable and efficient staff. Spotless convenient rooms and bathrooms. The delicious food at Kerma restaurant on the roof and the most helpful accommodating reception and restaurant staff. Special thanks to Miss Aya and Ahmed Idris at the reception, to Chef Amr, Maitre Ahmed and Moustafa in the restaurant. The beauty of the view morning and evening is breathtaking. The attention to detail by administration is remarkable. I would vote them cleanest toilets in Aswan. Definitely would plan many returns for work or leisure. Transportation to the city is no problem at all. The nearby village market is fun to walk to and has much to offer. "

"Very good place to stay with lovely rooms, facilities and excellent staff. In particular Sameh, Hadeer and Alaa Hussein on reception were exceptionally friendly and super helpful as was Mohammed in the Juzeer restaurant. If I go to Aswan again I’ll definitely stay at Zen/MGM. "

"Perfect location and views. Super clean. Enjoyed getting the free hotel ferry back and fowards (3 min ride) to the main bank. We were upgraded to a deluxe room in the newer part of the hotel, which, is the nicest and was a great start to our stay. Fantastic service, especially at the pool. Food was excellent. Most amazing pastrty spead at beakfast.Ate dinner at both Mezze and Panorama restaurants and can recommend both. Defintely best hotel in Aswan unless you want to fork out 1000 USd pn at The Old . Only minor criticisms are lack of bath robes, showers in bathrooms could do with replacement and gym equipment is old and needs some maintenance. Best hotel to stay in Aswan unless you want to pay 1000USD to stay at the Old Cataract. not in goodrepairst hotel in Aswanmend both."

"We had a great experience overall. The property is very nice and clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the views of the Nile are beautiful. The staff were outstanding, the food was excellent, and breakfast was truly a feast. They also helped us arrange a private driver for our daily excursions. We will definitely stay here again."
