"Rooms were clean, staff was ok, we enjoyed the Spa. The hotel facilities are great. I loved having a scuba diving center in the resort. The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests. The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish and seafood. "

" Merveilleuses vacances au bord de la mer Rouge Nous avons passé, mon épouse et moi, un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’établissement est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et disposent même d’une petite cour intérieure bien protégée, idéale lorsqu’il y a du vent. Le personnel est remarquable : toujours souriant, attentionné et soucieux du bien-être des clients. Un grand merci à Monsieur Pappu pour la qualité du restaurant : la cuisine est excellente et nous avons dîné avec plaisir chaque soir. Mention spéciale également à Monsieur Maher Sadek pour l’organisation d’une superbe surprise à l’occasion de nos 30 ans de mariage — un moment inoubliable. La plage est très grande, avec des espaces bien aménagés et suffisamment espacés pour se sentir à l’aise. Les amateurs de plongée seront ravis : un magnifique spot avec un jardin de corail se trouve à proximité. Félicitations aussi à Ahmed Nagy pour la gestion irréprochable de cet hôtel. Nous recommandons cet établissement à 100 % et espérons revenir bientôt"
