I want to give a special shout-out to Mohamad at the reception bar — I had an issue with my suitcase not opening, and as soon as I mentioned it, he immediately asked me to bring it over. He managed to open it right away and even offered me a lock from his own pocket. Such kindness and helpfulness are truly rare! The hotel is extremely safe, spotlessly clean, and the food is delicious. Don’t miss the breakfast — it’s one of the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommended in every way. "This was my second time in Egypt and I traveled Solo! It was PHENOMENAL , What made my trip 10X better was the service and genuine hospitality I received as soon as I left the Cairo Airport Doors ! Mohamad ! Greeted me with my name and drove me safely to the airport while telling about great interesting facts I haven’t learned , As Soon I arrived at the Door i received Great Service!!! The lobby smelled so good ! It was clean and welcoming! Ali greeted me with a Great Welcome , and my check in Fast and easy ! He also provided Great tour suggestions ! My room was clean !!! And it smelled so good as soon as i opened the door ! The Rooftop 700 /Akeim Restaurant took great Great Service to the next level everyone was welcoming and what I loved the most is how they all worked as a Real team to help all Guest ! Lisan always made my dinner experience great ! The food was so delicious and hot and fresh and the Fruit juices were always amazing with the added fresh fruit! During breakfast Ismael and Kamal helped me with great service ! Always brought me fresh juice and water and made sure to always check on me they would even speak even if I want eating !
