The Hotel is situated about a block outside of Eguisheim and is easily walking distance to all the sights. The rooms are clean, comfortable. and Air conditioned. They also have an indoor pool to cool off in the evening. The staff is professional and friendly. I would stay here again.

Our one-night stay at the St. Hubert was pleasant enough. The staff were welcoming and helpful, explaining the sensible COVID Measures out into place at the moment.
We received a courtesy call in the evening to check on our arrival time and when we arrived we were shown promptly to our room.
Our ‘superior’ room was of a decent size, although as so often the case, somewhat under-delivered versus the example photos shown online.
While the Ground floor room was clean and spacious, the terrace overlooked another house and unlike the vineyard view we had hoped for, we had a view of another house, although with four rows of vines in-between. Unfortunately the terrace lacked any furniture (except an ashtray full of old cigarette butts and rainwater), the dividing hedges were overgrown and therefore there was no way to really enjoy it.
The beds were average and the pillows very hard (all seemed to be the same) which made for a poor night’s sleep for my wife and I. Lastly, while not uncommon in France, the ‘shower’ in the bathroom was actually just a shower head connected to the tap, with no holder up above or screen/curtain to allow a stand-up shower. Not a big deal for one night, but would be annoying for more and unpleasant for anyone elderly or with physical challenges.
The location of the hotel is very good - quiet and just a 5 minute stroll into the Centre Ville.

We are pleased that you enjoy the help and the welcoming of our team. The photos that you saw was taken on the exact same categories of room that you had but maybe the room just next yours.
We are really sorry about the ashtray you found on your terrasse, it is not our usual cleaning standard. It is always better to come at the reception while you're steel stay at the hotel to fix the problem or find a solution together.
About the beds and the pillow, every one of them will be changed before the end of the year.
We will also renovated all the bathrooms, so if you want to come back next year you will noticed all the changes in the hotel and in our new extension.
We are glad to read that the location and the calm of our hotel was convenient.
We hope to see again for another stay in our hotel,

Room facilities are not organized especially sofa was broken.

One of the best places we have stayed in Europe. The room was spacious and well appointed. The setting is in a picturesque wine field and in close walking distance to the old town.

Simple, comfortable, and wonderful staff
Posted 10 Sep 2019 on HotelsGreat stop for a one night stay on the way from Switzerland to France. Indoor pool which we didn't experience because of our schedule, but looked great. Front desk is not 24hrs, but they were fantastic in communicating with us, and making sure we were taken care of in case we showed up outside their opening times.
Breakfast was reasonable at 12 Euro, and the staff were very helpful with local knowledge and finding somewhere for us to eat dinner when we arrived.

Quirky but nice venue. Super friendly staff. The breakfast was good - trust the instructions re cooking time for a soft boiled egg... they obviously know their equipment!
