Picturesque location, friendly staff
Posted 26 Jul 2021 on HotelsBeautiful location on the mountain, walk out the door and onto the trails. Quaint, rustic, comfortable, an open fire each night and delicious home cooking made for a relaxing stay. Dean and the staff really looked after us. A great two nights away.

So close to the mountain - it was majestic. Food was great and a very nice wine list. Coffee at breakfast was delicious.

This is a pretty place to stay. An antique property and is really maintained well. It is quiet, calm, and is within the park. The staff was really friendly and the food was delicious.

Great location to stay if you are planing to hiking in Mt Taranaki, great cafe and restaurant on site, but not shops near by, historical cottage with DC power supply
