They moved me to the other Radisson because they gave my room away and the room was so dirty. The hand towel had what looked like make up on it and the headboard and side table had an oily substance splattered over it. When I arrived it was very late and so I didn't notice til morning. The room also had a strong chemical smell, like febreeze and karosene mixed together. Disappoint.

The shower stall area was dirty. The toilet ran all night . The room itself could use upgrading to charge smart phones. No usbs ports anywhere . The pillows sucked?

Staff was helpful. The rooms can use more light fixtures. Feels slightly dated.

My husband and I stayed in the king suite we were very impressed with the size cleanliness and everything about it

It no longer has a spa or room service like advertised. No bathtub, and 5-7 days to return a deposit. Otherwise, it was fine.
