Room didn’t have enough bedding for sofa bed. No hand soap in bathrooms. Breakfast was horrible tasting. Left family feeling sick.

Sofa bed bedding is provided upon request as not all guests use the sofa beds. We regret that this was not communicated to you during your stay. We will ensure better communication regarding this service and will make sure to prepare the sofa bed for you upon your return.We also apologize for the absence of hand soap in the bathrooms. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we will address this issue with our housekeeping team to prevent it from happening in the future.We are deeply concerned to hear that the breakfast did not meet your expectations. Check in was too late@3pm. Didn’t even let us stay at property to wait. No drinking water available in room.
