The Hotel was fine but the dining is across the road which is rather inconvenient also the room in the hotel had a bath with a shower rather than a shower cubicle.

Excellent location in the heart of Edinburgh and only a stones throw from the Royal Mile. Lots of going out options, pubs, bars, restaurants, shops etc. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again if in Edinburgh.

Everything great, but if you are a single, make sure you are not put in the rear room (3) on the ground floor. The refrigeration unit may keep you awake.

Nice clean room, didnt have usb hookups. Across from noisy bar, loud scotland youths screaming all night, it was a saturday

The beds and room were very comfortable and clean. Would stay there again. Reasonable rates on a busy weekend.

My room was a bit too warm for me otherwise the room itself was lovely.
Hotel is in a really convenient location and was only a 5-10 minute walk away from the station.

Great stay, very firm bed

Gave some recommendations and like that they have a partnership with two restaurants that offer discounts to those staying in the hotel. You can hear everything in the hallways, but I didn't find guests loud or hear noises throughout the night. I'm not a fan of firm mattresses and the bed was too hard for my comfort. I even used the extra blanket to try and cushion but it didn't help. All beds are full size, and rooms have a good amount of space comparatively to other hotels in Scotland.
