Good experience! Easily connected to city centre by bus every 5mins. Taxi is also available. Quiet safe place. Helpful staff

It was on a great bus route to get into the Royal Mile and Old Edinburgh, 15 to 20 minutes. Staff friendly.

It was an ok property with bus out front to get into town which was excellent simple room with comfortable bed old in style but great for the price overall everything was good

The place did not have much facilities . The milk sachets kept were expired 3 months ago and did not have even proper drinking water facilities and no floor mat on the washroom .
The room was very congested for 3 people for that price of the stay .

Very noisy. Room was right at the front door so you heard every coming and going from 5am. Room also faced onto a main road so once the traffic got started in the morning forget getting any sleep. Bed was also a metal bed frame that squeaked every time you turned over. There would definitely be no " fun" taking place. Lol. Definitely wasn't worth the £99 price tag for 1 night. Very basic more hostel like. If I could ask for money back I would ! Dont know about other rooms we were in room 1. Definitely avoid this room if you plan on getting any sleep. Staff were helpful on the plus side.

We had a door to the balcony but there was no lock on the door. It was very uncomfortable knowing our belongings and selves at night were not fully secure.

There was no staff to checkin at 1pm and no staff at checkout at 10am, I had bags which I could not drop off which was very inconvenient. No breakfast offered at hotel. Window in room was very drafty and did not offer any sound insulation from the busy road

Thank yo for your feed back . We will look into issues mentioned. Our policy states that we don't do breakfast and checkin time is 3 pm.
