Loved staying here! Felt very safe and the staff was very friendly. We will most definitely be back. Close to shopping, bars and restaurants.

Great stay, spa lovely and the social hour a nice touch. Easy location to get about around town.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic service! The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were kind enough to hold on to our luggage after we checked out of our room so we could explore the city We had a very pleasant experience all around. Highly recommended if staying in Edinburgh!

The service and cleanliness were both a solid average.
I felt the hallways near the rooms were unsafe, dimly lit, and basically could have anyone walking in and out with no security.
Breakfast was great. The room was fine.
