Good but not great
Posted 14 Jan 2024 on HotelsLovely staff & nice hotel let down by a few little things. (Heating in the room was broken so a portable oil heater was provided instead. Single glazed windows made the room cold & noisy. The bedside drawers had been fixed shut and there were no shelves in the wardrobe.) The room was a decent size. Breakfast was good. Location excellent.

Room needed a deep clean. Toilet flush broke twice. Shower leaked all over the bathroom and a broken floor tile and others need grouted and for a 4 star hotel which cost a lot of money these things are unacceptable

Hotel staff fab,food excellent Room was nice floor needs work ,Bathroom nice but bloody cold.
