Staff is very friendly. A lot of choices of restaurants and pubs. Walkable area. Feels safe.

Perfect location for sightseeing in Edinburgh! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Nice clean, comfortable rooms.

Location was spot on for all things Royal Mile, friendly and helpful staff. Noise level was high however it was worth it for the location.

Very nice stay
Posted 18 Jan 2024 on HotelsService was excellent can't fault it. Room was cleaned and the view was nice. Wish we had checked how many towels we had, but that's on us. Totally recommend for your next stay!

Staff need replacement
Posted 26 Dec 2023 on HotelsRude woman at the desk ruined our experience. Mentioned multiple times we were over for an emergency family situation for one night and were 10 mins late checking out and charged us late check out.
